The Anna Virgili Online Shop wishes to guarantee maximum customer satisfaction in terms of purchasing experience and quality. If, for any reason, the customer is not satisfied with the order or if the products he receives do not conform with the required quality, he can return the purchased product within 14 days of the date of delivery. The right to return the product may be exercised exclusively by the customer and under no circumstances by the recipient of a gift.
The delivery costs for returns are covered by the Anna Virgili Online Shop.
It is not possible to return products purchased online to Anna Virgili stores.
Once the Anna Virgili Online Shop has received the returned goods and checked that all the requisites have been respected, a confirmation of acceptance will be sent to you by email providing the date on which the reimbursement was made. When purchasing with a credit or debit card, the time necessary for visualizing the reimbursement depends on the institution that issued the card.
To return goods, click the link here at the bottom of the page. A new window will open and you will be asked to insert your personal data; please, ensure you are in possession of the email address you have created you’re my Anna Virgili profile with and the order number (for instance 12345678912) you are willing to return.
Once you have completed the procedure, you will receive by email the return label to be printed and stuck to the package. Please, create and use one label for each order you are willing to return.
The parcel can be handed over at the next post office. We suggest you take note of the tracking number through which you can follow the shipment.
Please remind that returned products must be sent within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging or, if damaged, in packaging of equivalent size and durability. The Anna Virgili Online Shop will reimburse the return only if all these conditions are respected.
